Wsus Download Status Updates Needing Files

I have just recently installed WSUS 3 with SP1 on a SBS 2003. All workstations have been found and assigned to groups. I have syncronized with no issue and have approved almost all of the updates. The issue I am having is that the download status states that 'Updates needing files: 909' and 'Downloaded 1274.33 MB of 8481.82 MB'. Downloading status stuck: 'Downloading 0.00 MB of 28.22 MB'. Now, I have noticed today the the WSUS download status is stuck on 0MB. I've tried 'BITSADMIN /reset /allusers' at the CMD but that didn't make any difference. I've also cancelled the download of all 'needed' files from within WSUS, but it's still showing 'Downloading 0.00 MB of 28.
